Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients:
Can of black beans
Red onion
olive oil
Red peppers
Mushrooms
Kale
Corn Tortilla
Avocado

Seasoning:
cumin
garlic
salt
pepper
white vinegar

Directions:
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan and 1 can of drained black beans, season with salt and pepper to taste, cumin, garlic and mash together

-Sauteed the mushroom, red bell pepper and red onion on a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

Topped with sliced avocado and kale

Makes 3 servings
