Sweet Makeover

Craving something sweet but do not want the guilt?! Try these amazing and easy to do recipes for a sweet tooth.

Oatmeal changer:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of water
2 tsp of Agave Nectar (Organic Agave Five)
1oz of raisins
1oz of blueberries or cranberries
2 tsp of cinnamon

Trail mix:
1oz of unsweetened coconut strips
1oz of raisins
2oz of unsalted pumpkin seeds

Blueberry Sweetness:
2oz of blueberries
1oz of chai seeds
1 tbsp of Agave Nectar (Organic Agave Five)
*put in the fridge for 30 mins

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of chocolate chip (80% cacao, it has less sugar)
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1tbsp of greek yogurt (substitute for butter)
1/2 cup of wheat organic flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of egg white (can use egg substitute)
*this recipe makes 10-12 cookies depending on the size
*preheat oven at 350 and bake for 13 minutes
